Easy Returns Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and materials, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello at arpobot dot com. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Conditions and Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
Your refund will equal the order total minus transaction fees and shipping costs.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We only exchange items for the exact same product originally purchased.
We do not offer exchanges for different products.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email hello at arpobot dot com with your order number, product photos (or video), and a copy of your receipt. We will then provide a mailing address.
Package the Product: Place the product in its original packaging and secure it in a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping. Include your order number inside the package.
Ship the Package: You are responsible for the product until it reaches our return center. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Refund Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your refund status.
Exchange Policy
To exchange a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase or an order number. Email hello at arpobot dot com with your order number and exchange request. We will process your request within five business days and provide instructions and an address for the exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of our shipping errors or product defects. We will check inventory for the exchange product, and if it is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a refund.
